My insurance has begun once again covering Zepbound. For some context, I was on Zepbound last year until CVS Caremark stopped covering it and I had to switch over to Wegovy and now I'm back. I was on Wegovy HD (7.2mg) and now my PCP sent in a prescription for Zepbound 10mg.

I had read that it's best to start back at 2.5mg and titrate up. When I lost coverage for Zepbound last summer I was taking 10mg. Should I be concerned?

I'm afraid that if I start at 10mg I am going to have some severe side effects, compared to 2.5 or 5mg.

Has anyone recently done this? If so, any problems?

I had my left THR done last week. I had my right THR done back in January. I have to say that while I knew the first two weeks were rough, I think I'm feeling that recovery my take a bit longer. Obviously my right side was in much worse shape and that was the reason for getting in done earlier this year. Since my left side was also bad, but manageable at the , I decided to have the procedure done in the same year. If I waited, I knew it was only a matter of time (maybe 6 months) before I would be bone on bone.

The pain on my left side seems more noticeable post-op compared to my right side. I'm definitely feeling the nerve pain which I often hear described as shingles-like. I didn't recall having this much pain when my right side was done. Now, my left knee is really feeling it. Which is weird because it felt fine before the procedure. I'm still using the walker as I was during the first procedure. For now, just doing PT, walking 5 minutes every hour or so. Sleep is miserable as you can imagine. I just have to keep telling myself that perhaps by weeks 2 or 3+, I will begin to see some improvements....fingers crossed.

From what I've read on this subreddit, many have said the second procedure took longer to recover from. Is that true? Have individuals who had both hips done the same year felt a difference in recovery? Have to think positive, but yeah, first weeks are rough.

I picked up the HD04 and used it for a few minutes before connecting to a full charge. When the RGB turned green I disconnected. Now, when I click on the mode button it does a battery check and shows green, but I can't seem to unlock from this setting.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Has anyone recently titrated up from the 2.4 mg dosage to the new HD dosage? It's my understanding this was released last month. Did anyone encounter any harsh side effects or symptoms?
