So like everybody else, I was force migrated to Experience Signature.

Bill went up a whopping $6 total.

Asked T-force if I can get a free phone with a trade in for my troubles ? I never get those offers on my plan.

They said sure we can apply the promo to my line as a one time courtesy AFTER I upgrade via T-Life. I’m worried they can back track and I’ll be stuck with a phone and payments I didn’t need.

Here to solicit advice from those that were promised something similar. Any precautions or guidance from experience is appreciated.

Request was for iPhone Air (yes I know I have to pay taxes on full price, that’s fine).
