
Clearance delay apparently my responsibility
Last package from OY in a clearance delay because it needs manufacturer IDs and OY tells me it’s my responsibility to submit? After telling me they were working on it for the past week? I’m so mad. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do? I’m at a loss
Edit: I spoke to fed ex and my shipment was just released. I called the general fed ex customer service number and they gave me the number of the agent dealing with my shipment. Called them and they confirmed that the info should come from OY and they said they even have a flag in their system that OY will provide the info not the recipient. They then checked and said they got the info from OY and there was nothing for me to provide. I am assuming that OY has template customer service email responses and I got sent the wrong one 🤷♀️
