Swatch x TAG Heuer Formula 1

Imagine if they brought back the original 35mm TAG Heuer Formula 1 in full plastic (sorry bioceramic) quartz form with ridiculous 90s colorways. Tiny proportions, neon cases, and pure cheap fun energy.

Honestly I’d buy these instantly. Feels way more exciting than TAG Heuer trying to reposition Formula 1 quartz watches into the $2,000+ range.

A Swatch x TAG Heuer Formula 1 collab like this would genuinely break the internet.

Snapped these shots yesterday evening of my wife’s Lorier Roosevelt, which I get to borrow from time to time. She picked it up at the Windup Watch Fair, and what really drew her to it was the story behind the piece.

The collaboration between Lorier and Grand Central Watch (GCW) hit close to home for us. We both commute through Grand Central pretty regularly, so it’s more than just a landmark — it’s part of our daily routine. Having a watch that subtly ties into that shared connection to New York makes it feel a lot more personal.

Being NYC-based, Lorier already nails that vintage-inspired sports watch aesthetic, and this one is no exception. The proportions, the dial, the overall feel — it’s got that old-school charm while still being super wearable day to day.
