Should I Take out a Loan to Move out?

I have no savings but narcissistic parents I’m temporarily living with. I cannot live with them without sacrificing my mental wellbeing. I’m approved for a $5k loan which will get me set up perfectly for a studio apartment. I make double the rent so I can manage all my expenses including the loan payment. Is it a good idea to take out a loan to help start up my first apartment or will I dig myself into a debt hole?

My income monthly: $4,600
Rent, utilities, parking etc: $1,700
Car, insurance, phone,food: $1,200

Remaining monthly: $1,700

I only need the loan to give me enough to get started then I can pay it back. Thoughts??

TLDR;
I need start up capital to move out on my own and away from my toxic family, but that means I need to take out a loan. Should I or should I wait a year at home and save all the money I can?

Is my Coworker DTF?

I (24F) am recently single and my coworker (24M) seems to be changing his behaviour accordingly.

My coworker and I have worked together for 2 years, I initially saw him as a brother and didn’t find him attractive. Over the last few years I’ve had 2 failed relationships and he has witnessed the carnage. He’s helped me out many times in numerous ways and we share a unique bond.

Recently, I left my boyfriend of 3 months and without me needing to say a word or act an ounce differently, he knew. Checking up on me and being extra playful with jokes and passing touches to keep me grounded and happy. Over the last week or so I’ve noticed his attentiveness has increased, making frequent eye contact, looking from across the room, making conversation and lots of smiles. Today I came to work with freshly dyed hair, (dark brown, winged eyeliner a bit of a contrast from light brown / dirty blonde) my hair hasn’t looked like this since I first started working with him. He stuttered on his first joke which he never does, we had some banter and I pulled out my perfume from my bag to apply. He asks me to spray it on him. WHAD? I said ok so he opens his jacket and lifts his chin. We kept chatting and making jokes until he left the room, I can’t remember what we said but for some reason he wanted to keep my scent.
P.s I catch him staring at my ass a lot lol

TL;DR
My coworker asked me to spray my perfume on them, they’re being extra attentive and I frequently catch them checking me out.

Am I mistaking his acts as a friend taking care of the other? Or is this man trying to be my next match?
