New to Kaiser after PPO for laat 2 decades. Always seen a dermatologist yearly checkup after basal cells 15 years ago. Last doctor said important to do so yearly. Mesaged PPo and got LVN mesaage back asking for 3 photos. But its just my yearly checkup I explained. Should I just send full body picture? I should add when I saw PPO for first visit 9 months ago i totally dropped ball and said nothing about skin problems my fault!

Hello, looking to buy a new car. I have a family member who said he gets something like 3k off (friends and family applies, he said). If this is accurate, would i negotiate the OTD price and then drop this on the salesperson, expecting the OTD price to drop by 3k?
