Hi, I have a consumer (F&B) startup (less than a year old), and there is early traction. I have been working mostly solo (except for a few interns, etc.) for the past few months.

So far, completely bootstrapped and working full-time (I quit my job), but now I am starting to feel like I am unable to keep up - both physically and financially. I have a few repeat customers; we have reached 350+ customers so far. It's not an extraordinary growth story - but a slow yet steady growth so far. I even did one corporate event for LinkedIn, which happened through their team reaching out to me, which was surprising but exciting!

Now I want to start approaching investors for funds. It'll mostly be a cold outreach. I don't have any investor contacts (I am not from a startup or business background, and I was working in an MNC earlier).

What is the best way to approach investors - should I reach out to angels? Do they respond to cold emails or LinkedIn messages? If you have your own funding story, feel free to share (to the extent you're comfortable). I am struggling to figure this out on my own, so any advice, suggestions, or references would be highly appreciated!
