SEEKING ADVICE

welcome to my journey with these enkei gp5’s,

i got these around a month ago and after looking on different forums and sites i got a bunch of different things to paint them, they were originally silver and one was sanded down, i chemical stripped the other three and finished with 600 wet sanding. Self etching primer and at least one and a half cans of white matte acrylic paint form rustoleum to each wheel, then i went for the 2k and that’s where i messed up

i don’t know exactly how it went wrong because i did it between 60- 70 degrees outside and had them elevated on buckets, but the insides feel like sandpaper and it catches a microfiber towel, i assume it’s overspray and i don’t know wether i should re sand with 1000 grit to get rid of the clear coat and then re apply or just take it to a shop to strip and re paint. For reference i’m on a budget which is why i did it myself in the first place so if there are any tips i could try to avoid the overall charge at the shop i would appreciate it. I tried a clay bar with detailing spray to see if it would remove the dried paint and it did not work.

first time with a rattle can, how did it turn out?

i used aircraft stripper then sanded at 180, 240, 600, they were aluminum wheels so i used self etching primer and i was going for a matte white, i used some 2k matte clear from sprayway

HELP

i want to get my mazda some new shoes and i can across these beautiful gp5’s the other day, 4 for 300 and i haven’t been able to stop thinking about them. I want to get them but i have absolutely NO idea how to paint rims and mount them, the last time i tried to paint i accidentally did the clear coat while it was too cold outside and messed it up. Should i get these or stay looking for something else, and are they any good methods for painting them that i could follow???

found these old lookin bottles at work

i am unsure of the branding but they smelt wonderful, like a orange bergamot vibe, some still had a little left
