I have health OCD/ health anxiety. I just came to know about Lyme disease. I go for walks everyday in parks in Urbana or busey woods. How cautious should I be about being bitten by deer ticks in these areas? Am I getting excessively paranoid?

PS: I'm an international student from a tropical country and tick borne diseases are uncommon there.
