I wish this was an elaborate Halloween trick of some kind but this is scary - right next to a major road construction project at Page and Linpage here in STL and I’m wondering what went wrong and if/how these are related.
Any insights?
I know the people who are in the field installing these things while everything around them is crumbling may not be in a position to raise a safety concern, and I know this because I got laid off and never put back to work after I raised a safety concern in my construction kiln.
but surely the county or town or property manager (in this case Mills Properties) would see what’s going on and try to do the right thing.
