So I just slayed the urgent quest for valstrax that unlocks 10 star quests and now I'm unsure what 2 do lmao, I've got a rathalos set and a barroth gs with 220 raw and -40% affinity and a total of 382 defense. Should I make a new armor set and a new weapon? I also got recommended to make the elder blade whenever I can. Anyways would love to hear your opinions 😙
So I just got into high rank (first playthrough) and I had 2 fight this little pain in the ass again, I thought "oh well it shouldn't be too bad since his low rank version wasn't bad at all". I've spent so many freaking items cause the guy won't stop showing me his huge ass face just as I slash and then I bounce which he then follows up with a head smash that I can't avoid since I'm in the middle of the bouncing animation. And on top of that for some reason I need to drink cold drinks 24/7 and then ON TOP OF THAT thanks to his big face I have 2 ALSO sharpen 24/7, you genuinely don't comprehend the amount of rage I have against this guy. I am also really raged as you can imagine and it doesn't help I just fought plesioth and lavasioth which are just if not more annoying than this guy. I genuinely hope I don't have 2 fight him again 😭😭
So I was just doing some anomaly investigations and stumbled upon an anomaly seething bazel and an apex arzuros, I thought: "oh this should be easy lmao"... He does WAY TOO MUCH damage, but like any attack drains half my health and let's not even talk about the big attacks 😭😭, those just straight up one shot me if not timed perfectly, was just wondering if this is how investigations will be from now on
I've spent 150+ hours on rise and sunbreak and decided to buy GU to try an older release and already heard it was gonna be harder than a modern one but is it even normal it's taking me 15-30 minutes to do ONE hunt? I just fought nibelsnarf and khezu back to back and I genuinely thought about just quitting the game 😭😭
