Where are people buying edibles that won’t break the bank? Any luck with online retailers?

I have a few new Eufy products and bought the HomeBase Professional.

For the life of me I can not get it to connect. Directions state to connect directly to the router’s LAN with an Ethernet connection.

The light stays red. Device says it’s not connected

What can I be doing wrong?
