What is working for a big box gym like?

I'm thinking of being a personal trainer. I have no skills in sales whatsoever. I'm thinking of working at a big box gym, so clients are fed to me rather than finding them on my own. I know that big box gyms pay less but would I have to learn sales too? Does anybody like working for a big box gym?

How to study and take as a person with a short attention span

I have never been good at school. It's not for lack of trying. I just can't seem to retain information. I want to be a personal trainer, but it involves a test and studying. How do I know what to pay attention to and what I can ignore? I suck at taking notes. I also have diagnosed autism and possible ADHD. How do I effectively study so I can reach my goals?

Does Yerba Mate cause false positives for opiates?

I'm currently doing IOP as part of my rehab. They drug test us every week. For some reason I got a false positive for opiates yesterday. I have never done an opiate in my life. I was an alcoholic and would eat delta 8 gummies. Does Yerba Mate cause false positives for opiates? I really don't want to get kicked out of my IOP program.

What Certifications should I look for?

I'm thinking of changing careers and becoming a personal trainer. I'm thinking of working at a big box gym. I'm a single woman with no kids or pets so I can live off a lower salary. There's a technical college where I live that has a health and fitness associates degree. Would I be over qualifying myself? Are the online certificates enough? I know how to exercise my own body, but I know that everybody has different fitness needs. I don't want to accidentally hurt someone. Can anyone help?
