Hire a media company versus in house photographer versus company provided services

Curious what everyone is experiencing when it comes to capturing the photos and videos for a new listing?

I've seen local people who are consistent for a while but then move, lose quality, or can't keep up. I have used bigger companies that are more affordable and very quick, but sometimes quality isn't there.

What do you see working for your business/company?

Starting a real estate photography business - what would you do differently now and what is working in todays realtor expectations

I want to scale, have multiple photographers shooting for me, and manage at least 100-200 clients, rather than relying on one team and just my time to shoot and edit.

It seems like a lot of people are building 1 person business with your time for dollars. How have people managed editing for media when you have multiple team members shooting for you and runnign a small business with clients?

For those who have been doing it, what is the competition like these days? Is it mostly mom and pop or are the major companies like planomatic, virtuance, and next door photos still controlling a lot of the market?

What are the most valuable SOPs or tools you use for managing team roles, communication, projects and team growth/feedback?

I am wanting to grow my team systems and get more organized so I know what is going on, who's doing what, track performance and give feedback. How are others doing this well? What's working and what's not? Any advice is appreciated

At&t owes me $2,800 for phones that I paid off to Verizon and doesn't want to honor it. What do I do? I think the sales rep scammed me illegally.

Back in February we switched over to AT&t via a sales rep who reached out to me directly after I signed up for internet in my house.

He was great to work with and gave us a great price and even set us up with a lot of discounts we didn't expect. We brought seven lines and we're told that if we submitted our Verizon bill, we would get paid back for the almost $2,700 worth of phone contracts that still existed for seven lines.

Here's where it gets interesting, I sent him the bill three times and he finally got the correct information after I got a PDF print out directly from Verizon.

He said he submitted it three times but I never got a confirmation email and I asked him numerous times why that was and he told me he wasn't sure. I've asked numerous times for a screenshot or information proving that he submitted it in the amounts that were being submitted since it was so much money.

At this point we haven't received the check and it's been over 60 days and I reached out to the reward center and they told me that they have no evidence of anything being submitted.

At this point I feel stuck and extremely frustrated because we were expecting over $2,600 to be paid back to us and now we're being told we're stuck having to cover that bill after having switched. I've gone to the store, I've called customer service and I've spoken with this rep and nobody can give me a clear answer. This is beyond frustrating and is extremely disappointing since we did everything right and now we feel like we're being scammed by an employee of the company.

I've even tried submitting some type of claim to the company for being scammed and I can't find anything.
