know nothing about physics p5 and have 2 days to prepare. What should I know? What should I do?

I’ve learnt both organic and inorganic chemistry before but never fully understood it and always keep forgetting it. I hate it so much but I have 2 days left till my chemistry exam and I can’t recall anything from those two topics. Does anyone know what core knowledge I need to have and what to not skip on and any help would be appreciated gang 🙏🏽

I just got 45/100 in past paper for p4…

I’m so hopeless.
I really tried hard this time and probably the only time I stayed up all night studying for days from sun set to sunrise.

I feel like such a failure. This grade along with D from AS. best case scenario I carry the D. I might even fail.

I’ve been crying and I can’t sleep. Some are saying the paper will be hard with high threshold. Others are saying the paper is already le@ked.

Is there any way I could last minute push the 45% to a 55%?

Am I failing?

Physics p4 is in two days and my prep is so bad. I’m so burnt out that even the things I did study I cannot recall anymore.

I’m somewhat done with:

circular motion,
gravitational field,
oscillation,
electric field and
capacitance.

In all of these I got 40-60% for topical past papers

I’ll get quantum physics, nuclear physics, medical and astronomy done today as well hopefully.

I tried so hard to understand magnetic field and EM induction but Its making me so depressed. And everything thermal physics related is also really hard for some reason now.

I haven’t slept or eaten properly for a week now. And I’ve fallen really sick. If you have any advice please let me know. I got 57 in As so a D
