Heart Healthy ATK cookbooks/recipes

For reasons, I need to move to a stricter heart healthy diet, but am skeptical of heart healthy dishes that try to imitate their less heart healthy originals. I know there’s no shortage of hearty healthy cuisines that stand their own without having to make substitutions or imitations of better dishes, but was surprised to see ATK has no heart healthy specific cookbook in their library (I have the plant-based, Mediterranean, and vegetarian cookbooks, but these still have more salt/fat than my current diet can allow).

Does anyone have any recommendations for heart healthy recipes from ATK that they particularly love or experiences with this same issue and what you’ve found from ATK that works? I have greater trust that ATK can deliver great recipes that are still heart healthy more than others but am not sure where to begin. Thanks for the help!

It has come to my attention, completely by accident, that Jon Hamm here is not who he says he is. His real name is MC Hammer, but MC Hammer died in Iraq in 1991. It stands to reason that he is a frat bro at the very least and who knows what else.

Don only liked women he couldn't control

u/EAMguy2002 made a great comment I wanted to share:

>The moment Don lost all respect and interest in Faye is when she violated her client’s trust and revealed inside information to try to help Don. He had berated her earlier b/c she wouldn’t help him but once she did, and crossed an ethical boundary that he encouraged her to cross, she was no longer a challenge, he could control her just like all the others.

>Ironically, he couldn’t control Megan, she took her own career path but when she didn’t succeed came running back to him begging for his help. Once he has “control” over a woman he loses all interest. That’s why he only likes the beginning.

I LOVED THIS TAKE.

Also seems true for Midge and Suzanne.he only liked them when they seemed independent and stop respecting them when they became too "needy" (Midge financially, Suzanne emotionally)

He also became obsessed both with Rachel and Sylvia because he couldn't have them.

It would seem like he only like beautiful things he COULDN'T truly own.

It kinda reminds me of those men who really go out of their way to tell everyone they're very traditional and right wing and want a submissive woman... Yet they always seem obsessed with trying to convince an independent woman into submission.

It's like they don't actually want submission, they just love the case.

Why did Ms. Blankenship practice Karmamudra at the office, and why was Peggy so into it? Is this what Roger was talking about?

Sopranos references are important but they can't be running the show. Our business is about cross-cultural gooning, and right now that means cryptic Moana posts. The weirder they are, the quicker we can get banned.

Favorite character who also killed someone and stole their identity but got over it and didn’t make it their whole personality?
