Is it normal for phones to have drawings in them with pen and markers?

I'm not sure where to ask this but I decided to open up my old Samsung a40 which has been broken for a while but has never been opened before. I noticed there is an x and a checkmark drawn in the top and a question mark in the bottom (not visible on the picture) and wondered how or why it's there

What makes my households poor if they earn 3k and only pay 130 a month

What i also dont get is what do they need to upgrade? they have the money and all their needs met but I notice higher density buildings never want to upgrade compared to low density
