Woman lost on the Colorado in Tahitian Yesterday

Wondering if anyone has any info on the woman who swam off downstream from the riverside Tahitian area yesterday?
My husband and I were on the river yesterday, and apparently a very inebriated woman took off to “float” down the river with no floatation device and couldn’t be found.
We saw the game wardens searching the area but no other information.

Hoping she got home safe if anyone knows?

Carts Reliability from Bastrop to Del Valle?

How reliable is carts? My car kicked the bucket on 71 yesterday…. And it’s toast, I am a teacher in Del Valle and I’m nervous about how I’ll be getting to work when summer is over in a month or so. And unfortunately A new car is just financially out of the question for me most likely for the next 3-6 months (more likely 6) and im wondering if Carts would be a sustainable option for getting to and from work 5 days a week.

I can have my husband drive me some days but not everyday due to his work schedule and obviously pandering for rides in Bastrop isn’t a very good friend thing of me to do so that is also out of the question.

For reference my hours are roughly 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and I live pretty close to downtown.

Is this a viable option? And what’s been y’all’s experience? Thank you!

Time In the Gym, how many times and how much cardio while working FT

I’m getting back into fitness/loosing weight and I was wondering how long/how many times a week do habitual, consistent gym goers spend at the gym a week? And how much time do you spend lifting versus cardio?

I’m a teacher on summer break and so I’m REALKY getting back into it after being chronically exhausted/burnt out. I was consistent ad during January-march but fell off HARD after having the student teacher form literal hell.

Im trying to keep it sustainable and effective even after school starts.

And I don’t know how else to put it but the school/environment I work in is literally like worst case scenario. The district I work for is title 1 inner city, hours are 8-5, I work with behavior kids teaching two subjects, and I’m getting my masters degree, and it’s about an hour away from where I live.

I stay because the pay is good, and they’re helping me with my masters qualifications so leaving to another district/location is NOT an option.

Probiotic recommendations specifically for lactobacillus

I just had my yearly women’s wellness and asked them to test for everything, STI’s, BV, UTI, yeast etc. everything came back negative except for BV.
Test results say I have zero lactobacillus and an overgrowth of atopobium and another common “bad” strain. Both were HIGH. The thing is I have had zero symptoms of BV (I’ve had BV in the past and had intense fishy odor, burning, watery discharge)
So I was honestly really surprised by the diagnosis. I had no odor, no discharge, and no discomfort. I even just recently had intercourse with my husband and asked if he noticed anything “off” as I usually do because I like to check in. Not to be gross but we always kiss after he goes down there so I can kinda check too and nothing was out of the ordinary. Just the typical tasting like nothing.

I also drink A LOT of water, no soda, eat kimchi, yogurt, sauerkraut, pickles, fruits and veggies everyday. I am pretty active even though I am slightly overweight.

Am I crazy? What would cause it? And what supplements/probiotics would y’all recommend?
