currently have esim on iphone 17, purchased a pixel fold. Installed the mint app on the new device and followed the instructions get to change device, select esim and get the following on screen.. app locks up.. tried reinstalling, android is up to date, etc. What now?

Tried to port in a number starting on Wednesday, on Thursday was told to allow 24 to 48 hours to fix. Yesterday I was told my number had been successfully ported OUT! I'll go elsewhere and hopefully get a refund.
