Steam deck for me is the best purchase this year

Dropped my motorcycle off for PMS earlier and honestly one of the best things I brought with me was my Steam Deck.

I used to dread waiting at service centers because it always felt like wasted time just sitting around scrolling on my phone. But with the Deck, the whole experience felt different. Pulled it out, continued a game right where I left off, put on my earbuds, and suddenly the waiting area turned into my own little gaming corner.

What surprised me the most is just how practical it is. It’s powerful enough to run actual games properly, but still compact enough to throw inside a bag without thinking twice. No setup, no hassle, just pick up and play. It genuinely made me appreciate portable gaming more.

Kinda funny how a motorcycle PMS turned into one of the chillest gaming sessions I’ve had this week.

Lagging after reopening games on steam deck from sleep

So when im opening games from the start it runs smoothly, but when im putting it to sleep (pressing the power button) because i have things to do but when i go back to my steam deck and open it up, it suddenly drops frame rate and i have to restart the whole steam deck for it to run smooth again. do any of you experience this, if so, how did you solve this problem? huhu its annoying when im gaming then just pause the game and turn off the steam deck but when i get back on the game its super laggy.

Hello everyone, i am reaching out to you guys on what i bought this day, 2 pcs of FREEDCON HERO PRO for me and my OBR, now i tried the functions and everything seems good but there's this one issue that really grinds my gears. When in music sharing usually when you talk to each other the music you are playing lowers the volume. But the mic registers the noise at the Road every beep and engine sounds that's why it never goes back to Normal volume because it recognizes the Road noises as voice it goes back every once in a while but most of the time its just low volume its very irritating, my question is, is there a setting or a button to push to disable the lowering of volume of the music while talking? thanks!
