The dark grey pair was a little tight last September. The light one is from today, because some of my jeans were a bit loose so I decided to treat myself while the sales are still running. After almost a year I can co fidently say that CICO not only works but it was the best decision I could make to be healthier💪

Long time lurker, first time poster! My husband gifted me this canvas, huge for my standards (this a 60x40) and my daughter fell in love with it. Took me quite a while to finish it, I hated it at times because there are few colors, but the diamonds are really shiny and the final effect was definitely worth the job!

I hate this whole thing about being a woman only if you have curves. There are women who have boxy bodies, little to no boobs, small hips. That doesn't mean they're less women than someone who has an hourglass figure. Needless to say, grown healthy women shouldn't look like a sphere either...

I posted a couple of days ago about my new Kumba glitter, and some of you asked to see them under the sunlight, so here they are in all their glitter-y glory.

I was eyeing these silver glittery kumba since they came out because I missed the glittery Florida, and I patiently waited for the sales and I finally bought them for 52€ only! The kumba is by far my most worn e loved model out of all the others I have (yes, even the Rio) it's sad there's no sun outside today because they sparkle a lot under the light, so I tried to do them justice with my camera's flash ✨️

Giusto per avere un po' di background: ho un po' di materiale per creare bigiotteria che prende la polvere in garage, così ho deciso di fare un po' di lotti misti a poco prezzo nella speranza di liberarmene. La tizia mi contatta e accetto di venderle quelli in foto a 1 euro, nella speranza che decida di fare un bundle e mi prenda più oggetti. Già al "quanti sono" mi si è alzato un sopracciglio, che nella foto si vedono pure bene, ma allo sconto mi sono cadute le braccia. Capisco tutto, ma pure meno di 1 euro? Sono almeno una trentina di ciondoli.

I've always been really self-conscious about how I looked in a bikini, especially when sitting down. The first picture was taken when my daughter was one. I'd already lost almost all of my pregnancy weight, but I was still overweight. The picture on the right was taken by my husband six years later, completely by surprise while I was checking my phone during our vacation two weeks ago.

One of the things I love most about CICO is that during that week I ate more than I normally would—especially the honey desserts, which were so good! I always tried to restrain myself before during my vacations but I figured there was no point in going abroad and not trying all the amazing food. I came home with a bit of water weight and about 1-1.5 kg (around 3 lbs) up on the scale, went back to my usual 1,600-calorie deficit for about 10 days to help me reset a bit after all the eating, got back into my workout and walking routine, and the extra weight came right off without any issue!

Questo tizio mi fa un'offerta, che decido di accettare perchè alla fine si tratta di un solo euro e l'oggetto è caricato su Vinted da parecchie settimane. Chiede di prenotare perchè entro la mattina successiva avrebbe pagato. Lo ricontatto io due giorni dopo e miracolo, ce l'ha avuta in regalo quindi non la compra più. E poi mi chiedono perchè non prenoto più niente a nessuno, è per colpa di gente così.

Edit: si è svolto tutto nel giro di nemmeno due giorni e no, alla fine ovviamente non glielo avevo prenotato l'oggetto.

I hate the rethoric of a size 0 being "an ultra skinny size" because for this same logic a size 30 is an "ultra fatty size" but god forbid, skinny shaming is absolutely legit here.

Edit: body shaming is wrong when it goes both ways.

Cerco un vestito, mi imbatto in questo abominio IA super sfocato con la mano che ha degli evidenti problemi all'articolazione del polso. Ah, tutte le foto di quest'inserzione sono sfocate così, tutte con IA fatta malissimo e nemmeno una foto del vestito dal vero.

Today is officially two months since I switched into maintenance, I took the slow route by increasing the calories a little week by week. Went a little under my goal weight, but eating more has giving me a lot more energy to work out and I'm trying to do a little body recomping even if I can't go to the gym. I don't have a lot of progress to share since January but my arms are a bit more toned and I can even see the outline of my abs in the right light! I'll never be grateful enough to CICO.

Maintenance is also a lot of trial and error, I thought 1900 calories would be enough but apparently it's still a little too low as I'm slooooowly losing a bit even now 😅
