How do I make my makeup read and look more gal?

Ignore how messy the second pic is I was trying smth
But anyways I’m a baby gal trying to improve my eye make and rn i feel it reads more as dolly-ish rather than gyaru
So I was wondering if anyone had any tips I could use to improve?
My eye structure is also kinda weird since they are kinda long in length so it makes it a bit harder to have a proper droop, I’m not sure if my eye shape is suitable for gyaru makeup because of that
Either way, my main inspo is the last pic

What does this mean?

I live in Canada and I was trying to purchase a top and it says this
Does this mean it’s out of stock or just can’t ship to my country?

I wish we learned more about C&A from the finale

So when I went in to watch the finale I thought we would finally get deeper context and lore on how exactly each character ended up in the circus and the company of C&A in general
It’s clear we didn’t really get much of that…
Now that the series is over it seems like C&A will just be forever “that company that caused chaos” or something and not having deeper stories to them
This goes along with the many other plot holes that haven’t been fully covered or expanded upon
Full world building is important and I wish we learned more about the company, the perspective of the people from the outside, are they aware to have conscious brain copies? What was their full plan?
But all we got was “this is the company that got them stuck and also made Caine and kinger worked there”
And on the topic of kinger, we know he was one of the earlier people to end up in the circus but I also wished we saw more about the origin is the circus or the earliest characters
In general from the movie I was expecting a full rounded plot covering most story queries to give closure but unfortunately not

For biological sciences should I take 12U chem as summer school or during the regular semester

Biological sciences at Guelph requires 2 12U science courses and I’m already taking 12U bio
I’ve never taken any physics courses so that’s off the table so my only other second option is chem
I talked to my teacher and he explained how summer school chem doesn’t really give enough information as would a normal semester chem class so I was wondering if I need to have the full on knowledge of 12U chem to succeed regularly in the biosci program or would they teach me the base knowledge of 12U anyways
