20-25k suv with leather and good gas mpg

I’m in the mood for no bs. An idiot of what is aged at an adult was staring as his phone for yards and then hit my head on. Totaled my paid off accord. I am wanting to get a sales job soon where I’ll put miles on a car and between my partner and 2 dogs we need a SUV.

I’m torn between a rav 4 2026 (hybrid with leather - hairy ass husky) for 36500-36700 is the best bid I got.

And a used 2022 Hyundai hybrid limited seems to be a significantly cheaper option 23-25k.

Most rav4 hybrid or not 2021 have sunroof recalls and 2022+ limited are priced 29-35k so like wtf? Obviously higher interest rates as well.

Thoughts?

Also any tips on negotiating a lower interest rate I’m a 800-810 on my own (CRAZY), Toyotas is offering me like 4.99 for 48mo or 5.99 for 60mo and I ain’t doing that bc I only have 7-10k down. And I’m not gonna blow my base or budget on a car. I’m gonna go to a credit union and get a quote it’s my first loan so hopefully I can get down to a 4.5k.

Trying to keep total budget to 300-420 max without insurance.

Muscle Soreness caused by Berberine? Metformin?

OK, so I’ve been taking Berberine since last fall and since last fall my muscles have always been sore after workouts, which is it normal for me. I then switched to metformin around March of this year and my muscle soreness got worse. I saw Dr. O’Connell a specialize Endo surgeon in Dallas, Texas. He told me that metformin slows down the way that mitochondria uses energy and that’s how people are able to stabilize their blood sugar from my research. I need to do more research but I wanted to hear about other people’s experiences. He recommend recommended taking PQQ 20-40mg to help with that.

But someone else told me on a post that we helped a lot, and then she was overdoing it, and was losing her hair and her skin quality.

My questions are:

  1. Has anyone seen drastic changes of PCOS after endo excision surgery?
  2. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to do something to help their mitochondria and muscles?

26, F period for past year and a half to where I can’t function. Some sex pain and constipation.

TVUS came back with no cysts and a endometrium that was a good thickness.

However, every cycle within starting my period within 5hrs I will wake up with cramps or want to throw up Typically. It used to be every day of my cycle but DIM/CDG has helped it go down to 1-2 days.

I have gone through Ways 2 Well and taking a lot of supplements and done some lifestyle changes. I still have a lot of hormones that are off and increased White blood count, but I’m worried that since my transvaginal ultrasound was “good” according to Claude that I won’t find a good doctor who will treat the issues.

Has anyone experienced “healing” or having a TVUS that was “normal” but still been able to have a doctor diagnose them?

Symptoms still showing

- thyroid

- insulin resistance

- inflammation issues (white pustule acne anywhere and everywhere is irritated)

-period pain to point of throwing up

- my cycle length fluctuates very quickly if I don’t take some supplements

-sex pain

-diarrhea/constipation on period

- male hairs (nipple, belly, chin, cheeks etc)

Supplements-

Metformin 500mg

Dim/CDG

Inositol/DChiro

NAC

Stopped Berberine bc of metformin

May need thryoid aid

Cortisol manager

Magnesium

Fish oil vitamin C
