Drone in Edinburg City Hall

Last night, we were looking for a spot to shoot a music video. We were in Edinburg and thought the area behind City Hall looked nice, so we started setting up our lights and cameras. Suddenly, my friend said, "Hey bro, look up at the sky." A drone emerged from the roof of Edinburg City Hall, came toward us, and just hovered there watching us for nearly five minutes. We thought about leaving because the drone wasn't moving, but the moment we got into the car, it flew off. The strange thing is, we later went to the new Hidalgo courthouse in Edinburg—specifically the new park they built there—and filmed until almost 2:00 a.m. Police drove by but didn't say a word to us, yet we didn't see a single drone there. Shouldn't the Hidalgo courthouse have tighter security than City Hall? What do you guys think? Why did the drone come out? Was it to make us leave? Do you think it was an AI-controlled drone, or someone controlling it from City Hall? Because at that time of night, there’s no one there working. The most interesting thing was: how did the drone know we were there?

Why do I see so many people in the valley taking pride in the bad things that happen here?

I constantly see videos on Facebook of fights at clubs, HEB, or other public places in the Valley and same thing with road rages videos in the valley, and the strangest thing is that all the comments say things like "Valley, never change" or are just laughing; it’s as if they feel a sort of pride in the Valley being the way it is, I want to understand the psychology of many people here—why they take pride in the bad things that happen here, why people here don't try to change bad habits, instead of laughing at them or feeling proud of them.

My friend is afraid to move to the Valley because of the cartel and the gangs.

A girl friend of mine has been thinking about moving to the Valley, but she says that once, when she came to visit Brownsville and stayed at a hotel, she was walking up the stairs and encountered about five men—shirtless, shaved-headed, and covered in tattoos; they looked like MS-13 gang members. They stared right at her, and she feared for her life. She says she saw a lot of people like that—the kind they call *cholos*, tattooed from head to toe—here in all the Valley. That’s why she’s afraid to move here; she’s worried about the gangs and the cartel. She says she doesn't know if it's just the local culture, but the Valley didn't really appeal to her as a place to live. Any advice for her?

I remade the GTA 6 theme song—what do you think? 🌴☀️

I know the original song from the GTA 6 cover art theme has some differences, but I tried to make this one as close as possible; it hasn't been mixed or remastered yet—it's just a demo.

The Valley Phrase '' last lane is for passing ''

This is the phrase I hear most often in the valley, and yes, the last lane is for passing, but to pass another car at the speed limit. You can't go over the speed limit. I've seen psychopaths pass other cars in the last lane at 90 miles per hour when the limit is 75, and it's funny because when you try to pass at the speed limit, they tailgate you, thinking they're right, with the excuse that the last lane is for passing. But if a state trooper sees you passing another car over the speed limit, they're going to pull you over. So please don't drive like a psychopath who doesn't care about the lives of others. There are cars with children in them, and if you end up causing an accident and fatally injuring a child or a person because of something stupid, believe me, you've just ruined your whole life.

Attention: This is a social experiment to see how many psychopaths downvote this.

My friend got a bad impression of the valley.

My friend came from Miami a few months ago and told me he's noticed that many people here speak Spanish, but when they see someone who speaks Spanish and not English, they make them feel bad and don't speak to them in Spanish. My friend knows English, but his mother is Cuban, and when she's been to places here, she says they treat her badly because of her accent and don't want to speak to her in Spanish, even though she knows they do speak Spanish. I've been to Miami several times, and when someone speaks Spanish, people speak to you in Spanish; they don't pretend to be American. Even many Americans in Florida, when you speak to them in Spanish, make an effort to speak to you in Spanish. Why do you think this happens in the Valley, if according to Google, 90% of the Valley's population is Hispanic and speaks Spanish, and we live on the border?

Why are there so many car rollovers in the valley? I have the answer.

Lately I've seen a lot of news reports about car rollovers in accidents here in the valley, So I did my research, I'm not saying I have 100% the truth, but what I'm going to say is based on data. This happens mostly in vehicles like pickup trucks, jeeps, or SUVs that are tall; it rarely happens in sedans. Experts say that vehicles like pickup trucks, jeeps, and tall SUVs have a greater chance of losing control because they aren't designed for racing. Pickup trucks and jeeps, in particular, are made for off-roading and tend to lose control very easily at high speeds, often resulting in rollovers. Pick-up trucks are primarily designed for gross weight, not for racing on asphalt roads, just like Jeeps which were designed for off-roading. Not to mention that being taller, the air tends to enter from underneath the vehicle and lift it up on curves at high speeds. Takuache pick trucks are another story, cuz they are low, they are like a sedan car lol, But from what I see, many in the valley don't know this, so if you know anyone who owns a Jeep or a pickup truck, please let them know and help prevent tragedies like the ones that have been happening recently in the valley.
