What do I do next?
69yo retired at 56. My wife is 59, still loving work, and will likely stay until 65.
I've loaded all our accounts into PL. I'm a bit overwhelmed about how to employ the tools PL has, and feel a bit like a deer in the headlights. I can really use some feeding about best next steps
We're ridiculously overloaded on pre tax accounts, like 6.5m. No debt, the house is paid off 13 months from now. I'm starting SS next month, at 70. My wife's income is about 240k, depending on the yearly bonus.
Of our pre-tax holdings, about 33% Amazon, 20% GOOG, the rest are Nvidia, Microsoft, Walmart, Costco, and VTI. We hold enough cash for about 8 months.
I've never used a financial advisor. I'm inclined to use a tax advisor to help us navigate the next 5 years, but have no idea how to choose a good one. I've wondered about using someone listed in PL resources. Does anybody have experience there?
I'm looking for feedback about how to proceed. Thanks in advance
