عندي استفسار بخصوص حالة كفالة لمُعالة (بنت).
نحتاج نلغي تأشيرة الخروج النهائي حتى نكمل نقل الكفالة على شركة ونصحح وضعها النظامي. المشكلة إن كفيلها كان والدها (رب الأسرة)، لكنه ترك العائلة وغادر، وما فيه أي طريقة للحصول على وكالة منه أو التواصل معاه.
هل فيه أحد عنده خبرة في مثل هذي الحالات أو يعرف كيف ممكن تنحل؟
إيش الجهات أو الإجراءات الصحيحة اللي ممكن نتبعها لتصحيح الوضع؟
بالنسبة للعمال فيه مسارات واضحة عن طريق وزارة الموارد البشرية، لكن هذي حالة مُعالة (بنت) وليست عاملة، لذلك مو واضح لنا إيش الإجراء المناسب.
إذا أحد مرّ بتجربة مشابهة أو يعرف مكتب خدمات، معقب، محامي، أو جهة مختصة بقضايا الكفالة والإقامة في مثل هذي الظروف، أكون شاكرة لأي نصيحة أو توجيه.
