Please help me out, I cannot figure out what song this is

One of my old friends sent me this mp3 file in 2023, just the few seconds of audio before it cut. I don’t talk to him anymore so I can’t just ask him what the song is, I don’t know who the dude rapping is either. I tried searching the lyrics and it gives a couple songs but they aren’t what I’m looking for.

Looking to upgrade from my old 8700k and 1070.

I’m wanting to enjoy my new monitor, and my current build can no longer provide a playable experience for me in most games. Are there any obvious things I missed? First build in a while, so I’m not too sure of my choices in parts lol.
