Picked this baby up this weekend

Hi all. First time Ludwig buyer - looking to get a nice 70s or 80s kit. Found a dealer near me with both of these listings. I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight on these kits and if they are real judging by the pics.. I’m skeptical about the price point on these kits to begin with and figure it’s probably too good to be true but thought I’d post some pics here. Thanks in advance
