I recently bought a car with a rebuilt title out of another state from an estate sale. When looking at the form for the rebuilt inspection for New York it has the requirements for how the vehicle was damaged and needing receipts for the repairs to prove the parts are not stolen. The car was rebuilt in another state by someone that is no longer alive, the only information I have is the vehicle history report that says the damage was on the front left corner.

What do I actually need to have to get my NY rebuilt title?
