What ma i doing Wrong or are Partys just useless ?

I tried multipel times to create new partys in my clan I used differn characters like Spicevendor knowing and of the wastes with good scout steward or tactic skills. I gave every one of them Only Fian Champions, Imperial Legionarys and Vlandian Banner Knights and every time after a couple of minutes they just vanished bcs they some how got captured or idk what. (Im vassal of Caladog at the moment) is it just usefull if i am my own King im goin insane if i Level up troops for an hour an they jusrt loose them in 5 minutes

But why would they not just attack the target i told them to attack ?

I told my cav to attack enemy cav and they just run into enemy Front like like the fck XD

What am i supposed to do ?

My first playthrough i joined the western empire but somehow my emperror and his Vassals never aggree to a peacetreaty. Im constantly fighting vs anyone and we just lose settelments or when we take soem they get taken back in the next war. AND THEY NEVER WANT PEACE like we cant win vs 3 Enemys just make peace with atlst one bruh. Irly dont know what to do.
