I’ve recently leased a new 2026 Tucson from Atlanta and during the handover I’ve noticed a few scratches on the key and asked for the replacement but they refused saying it has to be damaged to replace the key. Is it really true ? Or the Dealer has to replace it ? Can any one please suggest me what to do ?

I actually left my job last year and moved out of India and looking to withdraw pf amount from my account.
Below is the error I’m getting:
EPS (DOJ & DOL) updated whereas no EPS accumulations received. Please remove the date of EPS
I have never opted for EPS in my carrier and may be my previous org have updated it. I’ve tried reaching out to them and they are not helping me out in updating it.
Is there any other way I can get this sorted or quickly fixed ?
