Trying to Sell a Laptop - No Interest

My auction has just ended for an almost new Microsoft Surface laptop. Good photos, honest information. It's about 4 months old and it's looks like new. Original packaging etc.

I paid around £1,100 in December 2025 and listed it starting at £500 on a 10 day auction.

I have 100% feedback, member for about 20 years and a purple star (whatever that means).

I got 20 views, 2 watchers, 0 bids.

What did I do wrong? I'm honestly amazed that it didn't sell!

Looking for UK-based freelance trainer

I'm looking for a freelance trainer to do occasional training for clients. Not a large training company, not an offshore (it may be on-site occasionally), not an admin with no training experience.

I had someone but they are now busy elsewhere. They were an active admin with previous teaching/training experience. It worked great for both of us.

Does such a person exist? Mostly it would be reports and dashboards.

I could do it myself but I just don't enjoy it!

Old Welsh chapel which I think is mostly lime plastered. Not in great condition as it's been empty for at least 10 years but repairable.

There's an area around the door which seems to have had all the lime knocked off in the past at some time and re-rendered with what looks like sand. Then a skim of something over that.

In the video you can see the top half of the wall looks like decent lime. It can take a screw and plug. It's been painted over with non-porous paint which is peeling.

The wall below looks like sand? I assume that it was rendered with sand and cement originally but where has the cement gone???

Chapel is used as a workshop and I've no plans to make it habitable. Any advice gratefully received.
