Kitchen Reno before and after!

Hi all! I posted on a different subreddit and someone recommended I post this on this subreddit too so here goes!

We are just wrapping up our kitchen reno and I'm super happy with the results.

We took out a wall and did away with our formal dining room to create a more open concept and bright space. So glad we did!

Still working on the finishing touches of decor and obviously a few missing elements like lights and rangehood. I'd love to hear feedback!

Kitchen reno before and after!

Wanted to share our kitchen reno - I'm so proud of the work my hubby did couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. We still have a few minor pieces left to complete (range hood and some lights, etc) but I'd love to hear people's thoughts!

Kitchen reno before and after!

Super happy with it! Thought I'd share. A couple minor pieces aren't quite done but we are nearly there.

Took out the wall between the dining room and kitchen to create a more open concept.

EDIT:

Thanks so much everyone! I wasn't expecting such a kind response.

I am happy to answer any and all questions about the design choices we made as well as any structural questions.

Answers to a few questions I've seen:

The bar is where the old fridge used to be and the table and chairs are kind where the inner portion of the old kitchen was. The little breakfast nook with the cozy chairs are where are kitchen table was in the before pictures.

The window in the new kitchen is where the window was in what used to be the dining room - you can kind of see it in some of the before pics. It was surprisingly not that expensive to take down the load bearing wall and it was a million percent worth it! The house feels so open and airy now.

I am an open book when it comes to what we spent too, so feel free to ask and I'll answer! Oh, and also don't worry about the wine 😅 It'll be okay. It doesn't sit for long enough to dry up, plus most of the bottles are not actually corked.
