Please help

Looking for some advice on how to get a more uniform yard in terms of grass type and weed control. I have various types of grass and weeds. Some great grass and some dormant grass. Various clovers, etc. Not sure if I can save this or if I just need to kill everything and start fresh. Located in Columbus Ohio. Pictures taken in August.

Schluter Edge Size?

I am installing a shower and using SPC shower wall panel. The panel itself is 4.0mm thick so relatively very thin. Anyone have recommendations on what Schluter to use for the edge trim? Thanks..
