Dating as an Indian guy in UCI?

Ive heard a lot of things about how non Asian ppl especially guys struggle to date at UCI. Id assume its worse for Indians cause of the stereotypes associated. I wanted to ask if ppl at UCI really are like this and how true the stereotypes about ppl in OC are? Ik UCI is not a good place to date as it socially has a bad reputation too. I lwk never had a girlfriend in high school, and don't want college to go the same way😭. So yeah, in general how is the dating scene at UCI?

Double deposited risk?

Hi, I am currently committed to two schools as a first year student, UTD and UCI. This is because I have a risk of being rescinded from UCI. When is can I expect the date that colleges compare student lists normally to be? I really don't want to be punished for this.

UCI Recission salvaging

Hey, I'm a recently accepted UCI first year who is at a very high risk of recession. I received a D in AP physics C mechanics as a biomedical engineering major.

My weighted gpa for this semester is 3.3 still because I got 2 As and 3 Bs in my other classes. In first semester I had a B in AP Physics and a 4.0 weighted. I have an extenuating circumstance that is personal.

Not super related but I also took three dual enrollment courses this semester ending with an A, B and C in them. And I earned an associates degree I worked for throughout high school ending with a 3.52 gpa total.

I know I will probably be rescinded and I am leaning on a backup school but I am still doing everything I can to maintain my admission. I reported early and offered remediation. Now I am currently trying to sign up for a UCI summer session for physics 7C which is the only option open since all courses at Community colleges have closed registration.

Does anyone have any insight on situations similar to this?(I've scoured the Internet and barely found anything). Like is the decision based purely on my situation or will they rescind strategically based on the class size and waitlist options?

Also I've heard UCI sends out recession notes very late and randomly sometimes. Is it possible I can call them on the phone and ask for them to reveal the answer to me early(I've already sent in my official transcripts), so I can avoid paying for flight tickets to orientation and for the expensive summer session course if I do get rescinded?

Thank you everyone for reading this!

AP score sending for first years

Do first years have to send all AP scores to UCI? On the website it says "All Advanced Placement (AP) exams taken prior to 2026 must be submitted to UC Irvine. " Would that imply we can get away without submitting 2026 AP exams? But there is another part of the portal that states we need to notify our admissions counselor if we decide not to take an exam. So it's all unclear to me. Any clarification would be nice?
