Should I Stay in a Great Company or Leave to Pursue My Career Path?

I’d like to hear your thoughts.
I’m considering leaving a highly prestigious company where I currently earn a six-figure monthly salary. I have almost two years of professional experience since graduating, and this is my first job in the IT industry.
The company may be moving me into a role that I don’t see myself pursuing long-term because it doesn’t align with the career path I want.
I understand that this could simply be a result of business needs, and I’m willing to understand the company’s perspective. But at the same time, I’m wondering: How much should I prioritize my own career path when the company needs me to move in a different direction?
Should I stay because of the compensation, company reputation, and opportunities, or should I consider leaving and pursuing a role that is more aligned with where I want my career to go?
For those who have experienced something similar, what would you do in my situation?

Spelling & Writing Curriculum for 7/8th graders?

Both of my kids are new to homeschool so looking for workbook based vs online for now. They are both behind in ELA so looking to catch them up.
Open to suggestions for history and science too.

Struggling to homeschool my 6yr old

I homeschool my 6 year old daughter (almost 7) and I'm struggling.

She rarely wants to do schoolwork and usually lasts about 30 minutes before she's done. I offer different options like worksheets, learning games, and educational computer activities. She almost always chooses paper activities but gets tired quickly when writing letters or numbers.

She's just starting to read and still struggles with math, especially subtraction. She was diagnosed with Autism Level 1, and I suspect she may also have ADHD.

I know children learn at their own pace, but I often worry that she's falling behind other first graders. That gives me a lot of anxiety, and sometimes I feel like I'm failing her.

For parents who have been in a similar situation, how did you help your child stay engaged with reading, writing, and math? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi everyone!

I’m thinking about traveling to Tibet for around 2 weeks sometime between July and September. I’ve read that this season can be rainy and cloudy, so I’m wondering if the views and mountain visibility are still good during that time.

For those who’ve been during these months, how was the weather overall? Did you fly into Lhasa or take the train, and which would you recommend for adjusting to the altitude? I’m also a bit worried about altitude sickness, so I’d love to hear how manageable it was for you.

I’d also really like to include Everest Base Camp in the trip if possible. Any advice on routes, tour agencies, or rough budget expectations would be super helpful. Thanks!
