My delusions are about Nic Cage. I thought I knew him since I was little. I've never met him.

Is there a medication that helps with negative symptoms? I'm taking Cobenfy and Lurasidone and that helps with the positive symptoms but I'm struggling with the negative symptoms. I'm finding it really hard to live a life like this, where I don't even have motivation to take a shower and doing basic chores is a struggle. I sleep for 16-18 hours a day. I find no enjoyment in anything. I'm not even able to watch and finish a television show and while I used to love music I can't really tolerate it now for long. I'm losing myself with the negative symptoms and I want to know what works to make it better.
