My post regarding bhojpuri speaking districts got removed in U.P. subreddit whereas the Awadhiya post is still there

I am pretty sure the mod is some awadhi guy 🤡. Removed my post due to these reasons, but the counter awadhi post stays?

Do you think Purvanchal should form its own state? This is the map of Purvanchal as a state.

Purvanchal is a potential state of Bhojpuri Speaking districts. There are some tehsils in the eastern districts of Purvanchal which speak awadhi but the majority percentage of speakers in those districts are still bhojpuri. These districts are also culturally closer to Varanasi and nearby areas.

Prayagraj (Allahabad) has been taken into Purvanchal as the state would need a capital. Historically prayagraj has been a transitional zone with it composing of a majority awadhi speakers. However, on paper it should be the capital since Purvanchal has no other city comparable on that level. Mayawati's Purvanchal map also showcased Prayagraj and nearby regions in Purvanchal due to similar reasons.

What are your thoughts, should this state exist in the future?

Varanasi people, how's your social life?

Hi I (20M) have been in Varanasi my entire life, except the last few years when I moved to Bangalore for college.

I've always felt quite lonely in Varanasi, I'm naturally an introvert but sometimes being all by myself is too much even for me.

I've noticed that other people in Varanasi are quite social and I've always felt like an outlier. How are your experiences?

What are some Rajput clans that trace their lineages back to Ancient Gandhar and Kekeya? (now in Afghanistan - Pakistan). How true are these claims?

There are several Rajput clans that claim to have emerged from these following kingdoms:

1- Kekeya Kingdom: Kakan and Gour

2- Gandhara Kingdom: Katoch, Jadon and Bhati.

What are your thoughts on these claims?

Why are older people in the workplace so annoying

So i started this new internship in a small organization (NGO) located in a remote town of my country. I don't have a lot of experiences so most of the workplace stuff is new to me. All of the people who work here are older than me and the top ranks are acquired by Boomers or Gen X.

This one boomer keeps yapping to me about politics, even when I try to show that I'm not really interested. He keeps assuming I'm from this "class" or this "race" as if he wants to judge me. He'll keep yapping about his opinions all the time.

This other time, I submitted a report regarding my work to my field advisor and he forwarded it to some "UNICEF guy with 10+ years of experience" for a review. The next day i got a 2 page Google doc length comment which criticised my entire report and had very vague arguments like "language is not formal" or "sentences transitions weirdly", like bro I wasn't planning on submitting this report to some Science research conclave- i thought it was only for the organisation, for them to understand what I worked on in simple terms. I ran the comment through a.i. checker and guess what the entire comment was produced through a.i.

Do older people in the workplace have some problem with not commenting, if you don't really have a comment by yourself. You don't always have to say something just because you've been assigned that job, bcz then it just sounds BS!

I'm really annoyed now, can't wait to leave..
