Not sure what to think - Airbnb clean

So i work for this Airbnb owner for quite some time and he was respectful, but some bs started now its busier. He cancels more often than before, which is normal with airbnb but turns out its because he comes to city and stay himself. last cancelation was 2 days before due clean, and then when after he left guests arrived, they complained about the cleanliness so he asked me if i am free to come immediately as guests are nitpicking , and he thinks they re looking for free stay.

He kept saying he properly cleaned the place on hotel standard even more, and they are scammers looking for free stay, because when he offered reclean they refused Saying they clean it themselves. he sent me the conversation where they sent pic of hair on stairs, 1 spider, some BS things that looked dirty but werent, it was tiny scratches on wooden floor or small corosion on toilet bin, you know, made up stories. However they left after 2-3 hours, so why they said they clean it themselves then left?

The place looked dirtier than 2-3h stay. Shower was used, floor covered with breadcrumbs, items moved, watched tv, used sink, small bin next to toilet was full, bed looked like used, fridge looked like used, cooker cleaned but not polished, so they must stayed for longer than that? When i came i seen cleaning spray and cloth in bedroom, but why would they be leaving soon? And could they ( 2 guests) manage to make floor a bit messy everywhere? i dont know what to think, and just being curious what do you think.

Being treated as mentally slow is it normal?

it feels like every Airbnb owner who hires me is treating me as if i was mentally slow. The previous client repeated same simple thing over 3x in row, i said ok sure, then again repeated. When i had a question ( first time clean , every client has different rules), she sent me voicemail With almost screaming voice , impatient, and in tone as if i asked the most stupid question in word. My current client ( Airbnb clean) was quite respectful, but recently he started overusing word ‘ obviously’ so everything is obvious. He cancelled 2 days before cleaning, turned out he tried to clean it himself as he stayed in property for a week, then asked me to come immediately to reclean as guests are too difficult and obviously scammers. I found it hilarious;-) as i never have a complain, but understand scammers do try it. but my point is, should i take the way to speak to me personally? i like cleaning but as i studied several years i am soon hopefully starting my new career, and i need to drop cleaning because of the way i am being treated here, it takes a confidence away.
Anyone here feels the same, how you go on with that feelings? Its a shame i cant continue as i like cleaning, ocassional, its a good exercise and keeps me in balance with the mental work.
