Is it possible to have 1/2 false memories from when your a kid but don't have regular false memories ?

I'm suck of this now ! Around 2 and a half years ago I randomly what I think and hope are false memorys . I think i was lay in bed thinking about what makes me a bad person ... before this i never thoought about this ( would of hapoened over 10 years ago) This sent me seriously depressed, bed bound for a whole week and ended up going to the docs to get medication which also put me in a bad place so came off them .
After 2 years of absolute hell of constant rumination, depression, worry , googling / redditing and trying to work out if it's real or not it started to get a bit better over last 6 months . Although I'm still seriously depressed 60% of the time and still feel they could be real which absolutely destroys me . The compulsions havnt been as bad , I have times where I don't think about it or atleast for a few hours but that doesn't last too long ( if im keeping busy somtimes helps)
I struggle to meet up with family gatherinhs, always thinking what will everyone think if it is true , feel like a failure and like im gong to lose my falimy . It feels very real over the last 2.5 years and sometimes I can think that's surely they arnt true because of certain things but that soon goes back to worry! I worry about my future and like I can't plan a future as I think the worst. I hate this .. feels liek there true because i dint have false memorys all the time just these from years and years ago. I want to be sure it isn't true and get back to life ! I don't know what to do :(
Hi guys, so I've been dealing with Premature ejaculation for a long time and now putting in the work to get over this .
I brought a flesh light and could last for as long as I want pretty much which I thinks due to being relaxed and not having the pressure
I've booked an appointment with a palvic floor therapist to see if it's anything to do with the palvic floor.. but after using the fleshlight I'm starting to think it's nothing to do with palvic floor..
I think years of poor masterbation habits has caused this for me ..
I have alot of anxiety / proformance anxiety over finishing quick and the pressure of satisfying my partner which probs makes it worse !
I can't go on like this no more , it's making me seriously depressed..
I really do not know what to do. Any tips please
Just got myself appointment with a palvic floor therapist that had helped males over come PE.
Then i can find out what's actually going on down there and know what muches I need to stretch or strengthen.
Going to combine this with some behavioural technech training. Hopefully get some improvement!
So I've just done some home test and I think I may have a weak palvic floor ..
I've had bad masterbayion habits like finishing as fast a possible since teenager and think that's caused my PE
( so thought ild have a tight PF because of this )
Has anyone had PE because of weak palvic floor and how did you fix it ?
Or if my PF isn't tight and I have PE is it simply because I've changed myself to ejaculate fast ?

Hi , how do I figure out if I have a tight or loose palvic floor muscles that's causing PE ? I would like to be able to figure this out so that I can do the right stretches / training .. I don't feel like my palvix floor if tight or anything like that ? What shoukd this feel like ? Or do I have PE because I've conditioned myself to finish fast through masterbation?

Little bit of a back story ...
So I can only last a minute or 2 and if my partner of super exited it happens even faster and it's crushed my confidence..
I want to really put the work in now to fix this issue ..
I been looking and doing daily cardio, hip abductions/ hip addutions , core workout and to do palvic floor streches..
I do go to the gym but I'm going to stop doing deadlifts and squats as I've seen this can make it worse if you have a tight palvic floor ..
I really don't know if I have a tight palvic floor but I have had bad masterbation habbits since a teenager finishing as fast as possible so I dint get caught etc ( I'm 30yo now )
Does anyone have any tips ? How to I figure out if I have tight palvic floor and has anyone else been in my situation and what worked for you ..
I'm a heavy smoker 20 a day ( not sure if this has any effect on this ) I do plan to stop smoking !

Seen a comment saying that they worked on core workouts and lots of running and it helped alot with PE. Has anyone had any succsess with doing tjis . If so would you mjnd sharing your routien please
