Mikawa Trunk selection

I am trying to pick between two Mikawas. They are about the same size but one has a 3-4 stems at the base of trunk and much thicker, while the other has several more stems at the base but thinner.

Does it matter? Will one tree be stronger than other? Will the one with many but slimmer stems be weaker and thus not able to support the additional growth on them?

On the one with several stems, does the bottom most stem look like it’s coming at or below the graft? Concerning?

Shin Deshojo graft and shape

I am looking at this Shin Deshojo in a pot.

This is what the rot and graft looks like. Are there any issues here?

I have also included a pic of the tree and it seems like there is heavy top and bottom leafing but there seems to be a gap in the middle. Is this normal?

Brand New in Box 80V mower and batteries. 1st generation. Worth how much?

I have a brand new in box 80v mower sitting in garage from 3 years ago. Comes with two 4ah batteries. All are brand new and never used. Bought from Costco. What should I ask for it in a private sale?
