I run a niche Beyblade TikTok account with around 200 followers where I make tutorials on different types of fun archetypes you can build around (counterattack, gambler attack, etc.) and today I got a message from a man asking me if I could help him with some combos. He needed to bey combos for his deck based around clock mirage and he sent me a picture of all he owned. I gave him some combos and tips and he thanked me and called me the goat. That’s when I go to his profile and realize that the man who called me the goat was a 40 year old war veteran with a daughter.Truly a great day.

Ok so this kinda requires some context. Basically about a year or so ago I was sitting around wandering what I could do as a job because I wasn’t really good at anything. I decided that I would be a lawyer because my mom studied to be a lawyer so she could help me and I always liked characters like Barney from HIMYM. That’s when about a month or 2 ago the doubt started creeping in. I could never be a lawyer. I wasn’t sure why and I would lose sleep every night trying to figure out what I subconsciously thought was so wrong with being a lawyer. Then about a week or so ago Brand New Day came out and having been a huge Spider-Man fan since I was 3 I went the day it was in theaters. I won’t spoil it but when I was watching a certain scene something clicked in me. I need to help others and never once has Spider-Man helped someone by arguing over who gets more money in a divorce settlement. That’s when I thought of jobs where I could help and now I’m studying to be a firefighter. Sorry for you guys I know this is a weird long story but I’m just nervous to break the news to my parents who I suspect will be disappointed.

A was recently gifted an electric scooter the razer e100. It’s worth about $200 so it’s a pretty expensive gift. Obviously at first I was super appreciative and excited because the concept seems cool. It’s a scooter that I can drive towards distances I wouldn’t be able to normally walk because I can’t drive for 4 months. That’s when we opened it and assembled it and I realized the thing was an actual waste of electricity. You can’t adjust the speed with the throttle like you think. It has one speed and that’s 10 MPH. But that’s fine as long as it can take me where I want to go. But it can’t. It has 40 minutes of battery life when charged full and that’s only if you’re driving entirely on a flat, smooth road so you can’t go anywhere. You’d think that then maybe the point is that it goes uphill for you instead of having to do the work like a normal scooter except it doesn’t because you have to push on this one to help it go up hill and it weighs twice as much as a normal scooter. I’m still super appreciative of the gift but now I have to ride it or else I’ll seem like I hate it. Genuinely these things seem worse than a normal scooter.

Ok so almost all of my friends are overweight and for some reason they assume that makes them Rocky Balboa when it comes to fighting. For some reason they constantly feel the need to say they’d beat my ass and it would be easy because I weigh less than them. They don’t care that I go to the gym daily and passed the bench press test with ease. They don’t care that I take HGH which is a supplement known for giving people increased strength, energy, healing, and bone strength. They don’t care that I learned to fight from my grandma who was a practicing triple black belt. They don’t care that I’ve been in actual fights before and they haven’t. Every time I try to bring any of this up the only thing they can talk about is how I’m so much smaller than them and they swear they could kick my ass up down left right and sideways within a matter of seconds. It’s not even like I’m the one that starts these weird ass conversations because I honestly never feel like having this argument but for some reason they always feel the need to bring it up into every conversation. I don’t know if this is just how they cope with being overweight or what but it’s getting annoying.

I don’t know why but a weird amount of people think I’m gay when I first meet them. I mean not a ton but still more than you’d think. It’s happened like 3 times. If we’re being completely honest I am gay but I know I’m gross for it and I really do try my best to keep it to myself and I’ve tried my best to repress my natural walk and voice that every gay guy seems to have for some reason and I thought I was doing great and that I’d just have to never date or anything and I was fine with that but I guess some people just see through it all. Is there something I do I could be missing?

I know hearing this to some it’s gonna sound like I’m just looking for a reason to complain and that I’ve “got it lucky” (or so I’ve been told) but I’m getting really uncomfortable. I’ve had 2 women tell my cousins about the gross weird things they’d do to me and that’s just what I’ve been told about. I always feel extremely uncomfortable when I hear about it and the worst part is my cousins just think it’s some funny story when they tell me. I’m not even a good looking guy I’m probably way below average so what could I possibly be doing wrong?
