Burned out sa tech 😭 Worth it ba mag-TESDA para makapag-abroad kahit no experience?
2 years na ako working in tech and honestly, sobrang burned out na ako. I’m considering leaving the field and looking for opportunities abroad for a better quality of life.
Question sa mga may experience working abroad: May jobs ba sa Europe or Australia na labor/entry-level na tumatanggap ng Filipinos kahit walang relevant experience?
For example, warehouse, construction, farming, hospitality, factory, or other manual/labor jobs.
If kailangan ng training or certification, should I take TESDA NC II first? Anong TESDA course ang pinaka-useful for someone with zero experience in that field and potentially wants to work abroad?
Also, do employers/agencies abroad usually provide training before deployment, or expected na certified/experienced ka na before applying?
Any advice, especially from Filipinos who started with zero experience and eventually worked in Europe/Australia, would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
