A PUBLIC WARNING AND CALL FOR ACCOUNTABILITY
Kristine Garcia Bustillo, I have remained silent for a long time. We gave you time, chances, and every opportunity to return the money you took from us. But after learning that you continue doing the same thing, I can no longer stay quiet.
You owe a significant amount of money to people who trusted you including friends, coworkers, and even your previous workplace. You used your position and the trust people placed in you to gain access to money that was not yours. You took advantage of people who trusted you and worked hard for what they earned.
You told us that your mother was sick and that you urgently needed money. We believed you. We trusted you. We helped because we thought your need was genuine. But in the end, it was all lies.
And now, after everything that happened, you have moved to another company and based on information we have received, you are doing the same thing again.
This is where I draw the line.
I stayed silent because I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I stayed silent because I hoped you would eventually take responsibility. I stayed silent because I gave you enough time to make things right. But your continued actions have made it impossible for me to remain silent.
Kristine, if you are reading this, I genuinely want you to ask yourself:
How are you able to sleep peacefully at night knowing that the money you took came from people who worked hard for it? That money represents someone's salary. Someone's bills. Someone's family's needs. Someone's sacrifices.
You may have been able to convince people with your stories, but you cannot erase what happened. You cannot simply move to another workplace and expect the past to disappear.
We are no longer asking for excuses. We are asking for accountability.
Return what you owe. Take responsibility for what you did. Stop making promises that you have no intention of keeping.
And to anyone who currently knows or works with Kristine: please be careful, protect your money, and do not blindly trust someone simply because they appear trustworthy or hold a higher position.
