I'm looking for a faster way to complete SOAP notes after every patient visit. Is there an AI that can help?

I am thinking about trying an AI tool for SOAP notes because I spend a lot of time finishing them after every patient visit and I want to see if it will speed things up, I still want to check everything before it goes into the chart, I just want something that will put the first draft together from the visit so I can edit it and move on, I usually end up spending extra time after my last appointment just wrapping up notes and I would rather use that time for the next patient or other work, I am planning to try one soon if it fits into my workflow and keeps the notes accurate, I see a few tools come up when I search but they all look pretty similar and I think i would go with prompted ai it is hard to tell which one actually fits into a normal workflow, for anyone using one right now, which AI are you using and how much time does it save each day? EDIT: Thanks for the replies, this is really helpful.

Has anyone had good results using AI for hospice charting?

I am thinking about using AI to help with my hospice charting because I spend a lot of time writing notes after each visit and I am hoping it will make that part a little faster, I will still read everything and make changes before I save it, I mainly want help putting my notes into a clear chart instead of typing everything myself each time, for anyone who has been using AI for hospice charting, has it made your work easier and has it saved you a good amount of time?

Are there tools that help create hospice notes directly from patient conversations?

I work with hospice notes and a lot of time goes into writing what happens during visits, some of our notes come from talks with patients and it takes time to type everything after the conversation, I have seen tools like prompted ai that turn patient conversations into notes but I want to know whether people use for hospice work, I am looking for something that can catch the main points from a visit and help make the note ready for review, maybe with edits before saving it, has anyone used an AI tool for this and what does your process look like? EDIT: Thanks for the feedback, I was mainly thinking about what tools people find helpful in daily hospice documentation.

How are leading healthcare organizations creating a seamless experience for patience, are they using ai ??

I have been thinking about how patients want healthcare to be simple but the reality seems different from what we expect. There is a long wait time, repeated questions and too many steps to get the basis done. It made me wonder how healthcare is providing seamless experience and are they using ai for all these sorts of problems?
