Recommendations for barbershops that can do more modern cuts.

I'm near Biñan and I've tried quite a few barbershops near me and they always messed my hair up and doesn't seem to be able to do modern cuts. I've grown my hair for months now and want to get it layered kinda like a layered wolf cut but don't want to risk wasting all the growth due to risking trying another barbershop again.

Salon recommendations are good too and I don't care about the price as long as it isn't over the top expensive.

Is it worth the risk to buy in this store?

Saw this store selling a mouse I want for way cheaper than others, at under naman sya ng lazmall. Was wondering if it was worth getting it and risking it kasi mas maganda naman return policy pag under lazmall or if I still shouldn't do it just to be safe.
