I was doing my part of the research and all I can find are bad reviews about BDS. People say it’s only good if you already belong to a family of doctors otherwise you get nothing out of it. I mean it does interests me as well. So why are there so many bad reviews? What is the actual reality?

Guys I’ve been trying to contact Zomato customer support but they just keep redirecting me to email every single time. Is this happening to anyone else? And Why even have in-app support if it doesn’t actually help?
