I really want to try to study alone and get better by myself. Right now I'm at an average 12th grade level although I notice myself forgetting fundamentals when solving even these simple equations. Does anyone have like a study plan to improve my understanding of basic math? Sorry I'm advance. I know this is an insanely broad question.
But I'm genuinely interested. Is there a reason that sleep deprivation/ exhaustion causes nausea? Does anyone know why the body does it and what to do against it and what to do against it.
I'm sort of in this spiral of something triggering my insomnia and then getting nauseous after a couple days and then not being able to sleep because of the nausea. It's not as bad as that I could throw up but enough of a discomfort that it's disruptive to my sleep

Anyone else having trouble sleeping because they are simply too scared to? I don't get this often but right now even if I could sleep i almost feel like a kid again, scared of monsters. Anyone get that too?
Simple questions but ones I've been curious about for a bit.
For one, if you came out to your parents at some point , how did that go?
And the other one, If you didn't come out, did your parents/ friends ever stop wondering why you don't have a partner?
I mean we're all aware that society kinda expects us to find partners so I'm wondering how that goes once you're older.
I'm personally just young enough for it to still be normal to not have been in a relationship so far which is kinda why I'm asking what the future holds lol.

Which camera should I start out on? I still wanna do daytime photography so I don't want to mod it for only astrophotography.since I'm only starting out it should be cheap. I know that I won't be able to get into actual astrophotography for a while money wise so I'll start with star trails and such. Recommendations for cheap lenses ~100 max 200€ would be appreciated as well.
