Water is perfect. He gets bug bites and occasional brine shrimp. I’ve had him for about 3 months. Is this a tumor?

I have a 3 gallon shrimp tank and no clue how a fish fry could have gotten in there. I have a 29 gallon with tetras and rice fish on the other side of the room but I have not pulled any plants over. I do use the same tools, so maybe an egg hitched a ride on my tongs?

I’ve never seen a baby shrimp look like this but I did just add this spotlight and perhaps this is always what they look like when first born and I’ve never noticed it before? It was swimming very fish-like

3 bronze Corys (getting 3 more when my LFS gets them in stock)

10 ember tetras (+ 3 new tiny babies)

13 neon tetras

6 sunset rice fish

2 assassin snails

Bunch of ramshorns

Bunch of bladder snails

Orange rili neos

Am I tapped out? The tank still looks pretty empty. I thought of maybe 2 blue rams.

What do you think?

I just got him delivered yesterday. All the other guys look great but this guy has white spots on him? Doesn’t look like ich (that I have seen). Any ideas?
