Is there an option to extend my parking pass to my friends or would they have to pay the fee?

I am considering applying for the honors college, but I am not sure if it would be worth it. I just finished my first semester at VCU (I transferred in and switched majors) with a 4.0 GPA. I’m wondering what the scholarships look like as an honors student and if being in the honors college guarantees housing. If anyone could provide me with any insight it would be appreciated, thanks!

I have been thinking ahead about applications for postgraduate. My best friend applied for Uni of Kent and was able to apply this year for the 27/28 year. Does KCL offer this as an application option or is it only for the following year? Thanks!
